Supervision is an essential part to how counselling practitioners, maintain good practice, throughout their work with clients. Supervision should provide practitioners with regular on-going opportunities to reflect in depth about all aspects of their clinical work.
Role of clinical supervisor
As your clinical supervisor, my role is to provide feedback, offer new insights, identify blind spots and or ethical issues, in addition to identifying the therapeutic processes that maybe at play.
