These 45-minute classes for 7-11 years old are designed to help children build resilience, increase focus and attention, manage difficult emotions, enhance confidence and maintain an overall sense of calm and well-being.

These 21-day meditation challenges are a great way to create new muscle memory. Developing a new habit to keep your practice going. These 21-day early morning practices start at 5.30 am - 6 am and are very challenging and require a full commitment.  The collective energy from the group can be very supportive.

These annual silent day retreats are an opportunity to spend the day in silence, connecting with our inner stillness, and finding answers to life’s challenges. Helping to deepen our practice and strengthen our conscious awareness. (Price includes a vegetarian/vegan lunch).
